1.125 OR 2.00 NPT threaded heater mounts through tank wall utilizing 35 watts per square inch of heating capacity. Constructed of rugged thick gauge metal for outstanding performance.
The Inline Threaded Series offer superior performance utilizing 35 watts per square inch (5.4 w/cm2) of heating capacity or 17 watts per square inch of heating capacity, for more viscous solutions. The terminal enclosure is equipped with 3 foot (.9m) corrosion resistant thermoplastic flexible conduit. This series offer a rugged heavy sheath wall in a standard 36” length (other lengths available). This Series is considered to be an excellent choice for heating most fluids from water to corrosive solutions, highly viscous chemicals and oils. Application Guidelines
Mounts through tank wall utilizing 1.125 inch NPT or 2.00 NPT inch bushing (see product chart). Heater is constructed of heavy wall metal sheath available in numerous materials including:
• Titanium
• Mild Steel
• 303 Stainless Steel
• 304 Stainless Steel
• 316 Stainless Steel
Available in 1,000 to 12,000 watts (Derated Series available in 1,000 to 6,000 watts).
120, 240 OR 480. 208, 380, 415, 600 & other custom voltage choices available. Single phase is considered standard along with 3 phase being optional.
• Custom heater length available.
• Unlimited choices in wire and conduit length (custom wire available).
• Lower Watt Density, 17 watts per square inch available for high viscous solutions.
